Sometimes new client relationships are just meant to be! That’s exactly how I felt as soon as Amanda Zurface, and Christian lifestyle brand, reached out for help with her new Showit website design.
Amanda is a Catholic blogger, writer, Canon Lawyer, and Spiritual Director for Christian women. She’s been serving in various positions for Catholic companies for years and has been writing for big brands such as Blessed is She. But Amanda was ready to have her own lifestyle brand — a place to write and serve women.
After finding my email on the Showit Design Partner’s page, Amanda reached out to find out more about my website services. We quickly discovered that Amanda really needed a whole brand identity design since her business is brand new so we started out with research and strategy, branding design, and then jumped into a full website and blog design!

Phase 1: Brand Identity Design
What’s your favorite part of your new branding?
I appreciate that it communicates exactly how I am available to support ladies regarding their spiritual journeys. The colors and font are calm, relaxing, and at the same time joyful!
What was your favorite part of the brand design process and working with MKDS?
She is so patient, gifted, and professional. I appreciated every email exchange, suggestion, and phone call. She is always willing to offer guidance and suggestions for best practices. God love her!
Phase 2: Showit Website Design
What’s your favorite part of your new website?
I wasn’t expecting to have a store, but in the development of the business, it became a need. Mary did a great job getting it up in running with not much time.
What was your favorite part of the website design process and working with MKDS?
I would have to say seeing my ideas come to life! Also, putting myself in others shoes and how they would perceive the website and the offerings available to them.
Reflecting on the custom design experience
What advice would you offer someone who is on the fence about investing in branding and/or custom website design?
It’s worth it. Dive in and invest in the branding. It makes your offerings look professional, organized, attractive, and available for purchase and implementation!
How would you sum up your experience with MKDS?
I have so many positive things to say about Mary. My experience was affirming, life giving, and a gift from a generous God. Mary has so much to offer and I feel so grateful I found her to support my ministry and brand.
Anything else you would like to share about your experience with MKDS?
I can’t recommend Mary enough. She will support you in whatever you are striving to accomplish.
