What is your favorite part of your new website?
The elegance and brightness! My last website was missing the elegance that you created. I also love the layout in so many ways. It’s clean and easy to follow, but it has dimensions to keep it interesting.
Why did you choose to work with MKDS?
I asked Colette Photography who designed her gorgeous website and never looked back.
How did you feel before working on this project together?
Great!! I find I’m great at being the professional, but not the best client (hate the homework for my own projects and harder to make decisions for myself than others). Mary took time to help make sure we stayed on task and took my jumbled thoughts into a great design. I appreciated her flexibility and patience throughout the whole process.
How would you sum up your experience with MKDS?
I would recommend MKDS wholeheartedly. I appreciated that Mary seemed very authentic and laidback, was on task, and showed she was organized with her process, and seeing her work on other websites was a huge benefit. (It makes it easier to put money toward someone who has tried-and-true work and is also clearly skilled at what they’re doing.) Knowing I was bettering my own business while also giving back to a fellow small business with an honest founder made it easy to invest.)
