We’re celebrating another Showit website launch today at MKDS! Today we are sharing all the details about the new Showit website launch for Oliver’s Twist Paper in Carmel, Indiana. I work with small businesses all over the country because of the nature of my business but I always LOVE when I get the chance to work with local businesses. Kristyn is the owner of Oliver’s Twist and she came to me ready to make some big changes! OT has a physical shop so they had been selling a lot of awesome products over the last couple years in addition to their wedding invitation design services. Because of their shop they were using Shopify for their website. But they were ready to transition away from selling products to focus 100% on invitation and stationery design so she knew her website needed some major updates! Kristyn was excited to learn more all about why I think Showit is the absolute best and we built her a beautiful new website on the platform that focuses completely on their new business focus. Scroll to read about Kristyn’s experience working with MKDS.

What’s your favorite part of your new website?

The overall aesthetic is very in line with our brand!

What was your favorite part of the website design process and working with MKDS?

The timeline. Although deadlines can be tough for a small business owner, it is good to have a clear timeline for completion.

Did we successfully accomplish your goals for the project?

Absolutely, yes!

How do you think this updated look will impact your business?

I think it will drive our target customer to us, and eliminate the clients that may want to work with us but are not a good fit.

What advice would you offer someone who is on the fence about investing in custom website design?

My best advice is “know what you don’t know” and time is money. By the time you think you can figure it out, you could have invested that time in your business furthering the aspects you are passionate about.
